Starting with your ideas, interests, knowledge and skills, we'll examine some of the ideas and opportunities for you to build a meaningful business. We'll then delve into the fundamentals of what it takes to run a business and what it takes to survive, grow and thrive.
Part 1: Know what to do: Work out what you want to do, or can do, to start your own business. We show you how to explore the possibilities, opportunities and demand in the market, while looking at the what you offer to and how this might form the basis for creating your business.
Part 2: Know how to do it: What you need to know and do to make your business survive, grow and thrive. From marketing and digital marketing tactics to find and attract the right sort of customers, to making business decisions using an easy-to-understand business framework. We then demonstrate how to make it all work together using established systems and tools.
We also guide you through finding the help you need in future. This insightful presentation will be followed by a brief Q&A session.
